ADULT BALLET
Ballet encompasses a mixture of technique, co-ordination & rhythm. It is a fantastic way to get in shape, improve your flexibility, core strength & posture. Our adult class caters for first timers to intermediate dancers and our members have a wide range of interests, backgrounds and goals. In each Ballet class we do technical barre work & strengthening exercises, adage work to improve balance & allegro to get you jumping & working up a sweat. So if you want to have some fun, get a great workout & feel graceful all at the same time, give Adult Ballet a go. It's never too late to release your inner Ballet dancer! |
BOOTYBARRE
This class is a fusion of Ballet and Conditoning exercises to help stretch, strengthen and shape bodies. Using the barre as support the class is designed to work your entire body, giving special attention to the lesser used muscles. It focuses on balance and control and uses isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range of motion movements to aid overall fitness and strengthen core, arms and legs. A classically designed workout to make you feel longer and leaner. |
